Welcome to FREEMIUMPLUS. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

1. Services

FREEMIUMPLUS provides premium digital privacy solutions, secure network tunneling configurations, and subsidized educational resource access. All products are delivered digitally via email after successful payment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By making a purchase, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account & Purchase Process

• All purchases require a valid name, phone number, and email address.
• Payments are processed securely through Paystack using Mobile Money, Debit/Credit Card, or Bank Transfer (GHS currency).
• Upon successful payment, your digital access credentials will be delivered to the email address you provided within 20 minutes.
• It is your responsibility to provide a valid, accessible email address. We recommend using Gmail or Hotmail for reliable delivery.

4. Digital Product Delivery

• All products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
• Delivery is automated and typically occurs within minutes of payment confirmation.
• Please check your Inbox and Spam/Junk folders if you do not receive your credentials promptly.
• If you have not received your product within 1 hour of payment, please contact our support team.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our products and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You shall not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share purchased access credentials without authorization.
• Use our products for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, databases, or infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our platform.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we may consider refund requests under the following circumstances:

• The product was not delivered within 24 hours of payment due to a system error.
• The delivered credential is invalid or non-functional at the time of delivery.
• A duplicate charge occurred due to a payment processing error.

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase by contacting support@freemiumplus.software with your payment reference number.

7. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock at the time of purchase, the transaction will be blocked and you will not be charged. We restock products regularly and notify customers when items become available.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the FREEMIUMPLUS platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, design elements, and software, is the property of FREEMIUMPLUS and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FREEMIUMPLUS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform or that our services will meet all of your requirements.

11. Privacy

Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
